What we deliver

We explain the problem properly

You won't be left guessing what has failed or why. We explain the fault clearly before any work goes ahead.

Small jobs get proper attention

A dripping tap can waste water and drive you round the bend. We treat everyday repairs seriously because little faults often turn into bigger messes.

The finish matters as much as the fix

We work neatly and take care around the space we're in. That means less disruption for you and a cleaner job once the repair is complete.

Plumbing problems, properly sorted

From dripping taps and blocked drains to burst pipes and urgent water leaks, Beat Them Leaks Plumbing handles domestic plumbing repairs, replacements and new installations. We also cover basins, baths, showers, kitchen appliance connections, radiator valves and heating pipework. For bathroom renovations, we can take care of the plumbing and internal pipework needed to keep everything running smoothly.

We identify the cause, explain your options and complete the work neatly. If a part needs replacing or a return visit is required, we will clearly explain what happens next. Emergency call-outs are available during published hours, subject to availability.

Heating that works in every room

Cold radiators, noisy pipes and uneven temperatures can make your home uncomfortable and waste energy. Beat Them Leaks Plumbing inspects the system as a whole, checking radiators, valves, pumps, controls and accessible pipework to find the likely cause. Our work includes repairs, replacements, new radiator installations, circulation issues, thermostat upgrades, system alterations and preparation for a new boiler or heat source.

Where appropriate, we can help you decide whether a targeted repair, replacement or wider upgrade is the better option. Electric boiler work can be assessed directly, while gas appliance work is arranged through an independent Gas Safe-registered engineer.

Clear advice from start to finish

We explain the work clearly, provide honest recommendations and keep you informed throughout the job. We protect floors and surrounding surfaces, work carefully and leave the area tidy. Once the work is complete, we test the affected parts and explain any controls or maintenance points you need to know.

Our six-month warranty covers plumbing work. For urgent leaks, we will ask a few quick questions to understand the problem and advise on the safest next step, including turning off the water at the internal stop tap where it is safe to do so.

Frequently asked questions

Stephen E, Yell
Excellent friendly knowledgeable service. Attended almost immediately even though not a dire emergency. Non vented hot water tank was overflowing, leaking into tundish. Problem fixed in good time and all now ok. Cost of replacement parts was £115 and therefore unavoidable. Cost of labour very reasonable.
